MEET-COMP and is a very common practice in the manufacturing arena.
Aerial Images Photography does great work....much better than the other "professional" photographers in
the area. (BEWARE: Most are professional only in that they receive money for their work. They are NOT
professional in the common definition of quality, expertise and abilities.)
Our equipment is better; our service is better; we are much more experienced and better trained.
With all this going for us, we feel our premium quality commands a premium price. However, we want to
encourage you to steer clear of the cheaper photographers because we know you will be disappointed. We
want to help you avoid the pain and embarrassment and possibly the loss of your job.
So, here's our offer. If you get a lower price in writing, send us the "other guys" proposal. If they are
offering the same products and services as we are, we will run this by our executive group and see if they
are willing to meet the competitors price.
A couple conditions:
1. we must see the actual proposal from the other guy. We trust you, but we need to see and evaluate the
differences in the conditions and services offered by them.
2. and you will agree to contract Aerial Images Photography if we agree to meet the competition.
